Welcome Fellow Golfers... The golf swing is one of the most intricate and difficult athletic movement in sport today. It requires the golfer to perform a specific set of movement in the correct sequence, or positioning of these movements will invariably cause an error in the execution of the golf swing.
The golf swing is simply storing and releasing energy. Anywhere in the golf swing you release energy you lose power and distance. It's quite simple: Whatever you are working on mechanically in your golf swing is usually underlined by a physical issue. Fix it from a physical side and the swing faults will take care themselves.
The several recent studies, only about 25% of golf injuries are due to overuse both practice and playing; 75% of injuries result from poor swing mechanics. Unfortunately, most golfers interpret that to mean they just need some work with a club fitting pro or swing coach. That’s only going to exacerbate the problem and make you waste more time and money. Instead, they need to build stability and mobility in the body and training your body for strength, flexibility, coordination, power and endurance

Today’s golfer, need to recognize the necessity of physical training and conditioning along with the golf swing training. The new breed of golfers and the body type on the professional tour are indicative of what is happening in golf. The young top golfers are leaner, more muscular, and more flexible than the generation golfer before them. Golf fitness and performance training can reduce physical limitation and help golfer optimize their swing pattern. Training enables more efficient transfer of momentum, which translates into improved capability for striking the ball and increased club-head speed at impact. Do you have a problem with the following?
- Improper kinematic sequence and body coordination
- Lower back and knees pain
- Lack of energy
- Lack of flexibility
- Lack of strength
- Lack of power
- Swing is not consistent
- Practice more but score is not improved
- No time for golf practice and exercise
- Need golf game and swing education
I can help.... What's the next step? An initial physical evaluation and swing analysis are performed. This evaluation will identify your physical deficits, however small. Your range of motion, strength, balance and flexibility are tested extensively. Once this evaluation is completed, You will have an understanding which physical limitations or swing technic are directly affecting your performance. It is important to note that a swing fault directly related to both physical limitation and swing technic cannot be corrected until the limitation is corrected first. Ex. If you lack core strength to control the pelvic on the downswing, you are more likley to early extend, or have an improper kinematic sequence on the downswing, causing over the top, casting, cupping, chicken wing. This is robbing you of power and distance. Click Here for More Info! What you can expect:
